On the morning of June 29, 2022, the College of International Education held the work summary meeting for the spring semester of 2022. The meeting was chaired by Vice Dean Zhang Zhiying. Dean Huang Fang and all the faculty members of the school attended the meeting.
In the first part of the meeting, the staff of each office put forward the problems encountered in the current work, and the whole school discussed matters related to international student enrollment, teaching, management, entry and exit of international students and other related matters , and proposed solutions.
In the second part, Deputy Dean Zhang Zhiying arranged the work related to the summer school. She asked all the faculty and staff of the college to strictly abide by labor discipline in their work; to think actively, to be practical and meticulous, to be broad and subtle; to establish a sense of the overall situation, to think about problems from the perspective of the work of the whole college; to strengthen communication between departments , so that there are more suggestions than opinions and complaints.
Dean Huang Fang instructed that we should ask more questions, think more, and be more engaged in work; treat daily work with a positive attitude; plan early, prepare early, lay the groundwork early, and gradually make highlights and characteristics of work; strengthen inter-departmental coordination, do a good job in serving the divisions and students.
